Round 1 - 30min HR call. Talked about background. Why KPMG? Why M&A? Other HR admin related Qs.
Round 2 - 30min informal interview in-person over coffee with M / SM level. Why change firms? Some technical with how to approach M&A synergies. Experience with M&A / related etc. Also a chance for him to introduce the team.
Round 3 - 2-hr in-person case interview. 1-hr for prep, 1-hr to discuss answers with interviewer.
