The first interview was basic; they asked about my background in machine learning and computer science in general. No difficult questions, most of the interview was them thoroughly explaining the role to make sure our interests align

It was good specially hr are good. I was interview for genai ..genai focus is more in this company. Interview depends who takes it so most of them are good

Ignoranti. Chiedevano un certo bagaglio di programmazione, per poi dirmi che ciò che ho studiato è obsoleto ed è per questo che non mi prendeva nessuno (chi te lo dice?). Un esempio? Reinforcement Learning è roba passata, loro volevano qualcuno che sapesse usare bene l'AI, a quanto pare non sanno qual è il meccanismo di ChatGPT.
