I was contacted by a recruiter 2 months prior to hiring date. The recruiter basically asked me about my background and if I was interested in working within consulting. About 1 month later, I was called for a Phone-Interview. Interview lasted about 30 minutes. Just basic background questions and why KPMG and consulting. About 1.5 months later, I was called again for an in-person interview. I interviewed with both a VP and Partner. Each interview lasted 10-15 minutes and was mostly going through my background.
