First is complete an online form, then you will receive an email to complete the Online Test with can´t remember how many days. After completing the online test, you will get a report, and if you are successful, you will get an email to complete the online video interview. Then, AC: Partner Interview + Group Interview (assessment/presentation).
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
