I completed an application online. After it was reviewed I was invited to take online tests, situational, numerical and verbal. Within a week I found out that I passed to the telephone interview stage and had it within another 3 weeks.

A time when you had to work under pressure
Why this division
Very straightforward interview with two people. A lot of questions in relation to tax law and tax regulations. They also asked several scenario-based questions to assess problem-solving skills and how I would apply tax principles in practical situations. The interview was professional and conversational, with opportunities to discuss previous experience and explain technical knowledge in detail. Overall, the process felt well-structured and focused on evaluating both technical expertise and communication skills.
I got a phone call with an invite to the interview. It was in person in their offices. It was intense, quite short about 20 minutes, and I was asked more questions about academics/school than I expected.

Entretien
Application, Online Tests, Video Interview, then Assessment Centre including Group Task then Final Interview. Standard process which most firms in the UK use. Everyone was really nice at the assessment centre day.
