entirely behavioral questions, looking for someone who can present themselves confidently and articulately. they want to hear all the answers you're supposed to give - don't stray, and be sure they think you fit the mold. they also want to hear that you're not going to leave after 2 years..which is what everyone does.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
