Whilst being honest in my interview about potentially needing help in unfamiliar scenarios in the workplace, it seems that this hindered my application and perhaps they were looking for a more confident applicant

Case Study individually on extremely general business case with open ended question for a variety of candidate backgrounds. 1 on 2 interviews with senior staff members from the service line you have applied for.

Name a time where a change in deadlines occurred, how did you managed responsibilities through this period and what was the outcome?

Entretien
A series of online tests including case studies and then an assessment centre with an individual interview and a group exercise. The interview was ok although they asked some questions which test your judgement and you have to improvise.
