[Italy-Milan] Vergognoso il tempo che ti fanno perdere con i loro colloqui a più step. Appena scoprono che non riescono a pagarti poco come vorrebbero, perchè hai anche altra esperienza e una RAL troppo elevata per i loro standard di sfruttamento, neanche ti mandano un feedback. Ve la consiglio giusto se volete iniziare con uno stage. Per il resto il processo è stato portato avanti con colloqui individuali (test inglese e psicometrico) e di gruppo.

Ignoranti. Chiedevano un certo bagaglio di programmazione, per poi dirmi che ciò che ho studiato è obsoleto ed è per questo che non mi prendeva nessuno (chi te lo dice?). Un esempio? Reinforcement Learning è roba passata, loro volevano qualcuno che sapesse usare bene l'AI, a quanto pare non sanno qual è il meccanismo di ChatGPT.
