J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez KPMG en nov. 2010
Entretien
I applied through my school's career website for the Summer 2011 Audit Intern position. My application was accepted, and I went through a first-round, on-campus interview. The night before the interview they took the interviewees from my school out to dinner - it definitely helped break the ice and I felt that it gave me a leg up. If you are offered an opportunity to attend a "pre-interview social" such as this, I highly recommend that you attend. The next day was my first-round interview, and my interviewer was very laid-back yet to the point. It was a behavioral interview with no trick questions - just the basics, such as strengths/weaknesses, a time where I was a leader, etc. I was invited back for a second-round interview which took place about 2 and a half weeks later at my preferred office, better known as KPMG's Inside Look Program. It consisted of two one-on-one half hour long interviews - again, no trick questions, they referenced my resume mostly and asked questions about my work experiences, etc. The Inside Look Program was on a Friday, and by the following Monday afternoon I received a phone call informing me that KPMG was extending me an intern position. Overall it was a speedy process, and the people were incredibly friendly; they truly wanted you to do well on your interviews.
