Applied, Recruiter reached out, she was a pleasure to deal with and responsive throughout the process. Met with 4 folks from manager up to principal. They got back to me within the week to let me know the offer. They worked with me as I weighed other offers and were extremely professional and accommodating. Would have picked them but had got another non-traditional opportunity that was too good to pass up.

Question 1
Two manager level gentlemen asked some typical behavioral type questions and questions about my resume. Director and principal was more conversational, talked about the type of work I was interested in and they talked to me about what they were building. I might have asked more questions than they did.
Contacted by recruiter with a short call on motivation and career expectations. Then some technical tests (pattern prediction and reading comprehension). Final interview with director and partner on personal fit in the company. Very nice interview where you could also ask question and very open.
