Just standard process. Online test, Video interview, then offline meetings. Normal questions, like 3 why, plus some business case analysis, technical problems. Average difficulty. and the hr staff are very nice.
Online assessment completed - asked numerical reasoning and situation judgment questions, was completed online and took around an hour to complete. If prepared, it is easy to comeplete with ease
Initial assessment where you have to answer basic behavioural and maths questions. Then you get invited to the Delivering Outcomes assessment where you have to record some responses and write fictional email responses.

Very casual 45 minute interview chat, no technical questions more tell me about a time... kind of questions. Interviewers were very friendly and it was a two-way conversation at a lot of stages
