I just passed my assessment centre. It was roughly what people have described online. I will just share something that I think worthy baring in mind: Report writing: List the title first and then type while read along. But leave 10 min to write recommendations, even you didn't finish reading the whole booklet. Because that's where bares the most of the mark. Be fast and structured. In tray: Don't click start before they ask you to. Its very important, because you suppose to read the booklet before start doing the exercise for 15 min. But once you click on start, there is no way to go back. Meeting: For the client meeting, you can use agenda to help you gaining control of the meeting. For the manager meeting, the manager will take control, but be prepared with the questions she/he will as you. Especially the ones surrounding customer services.
