I applied for Digital Delta team through online application. Completed the online assessments. Then went on with the video interview which had 4 questions. Got to the final stage, which is the virtual career launchpad.

Applied online, then did an online assessment. After that went to an assessment centre, which includes a 30mins individual interview and a 15mins written assessment. Interview was not hard but was ghosted after the assessment centre.

Consisted of a 15 minute situational judgement quiz and assessment and then A 30-40 minute interview with your chosen team’s manager and a member of the team. Afterwards there was networking with graduates.
