Technical, and Managerial round, with many rounds of interview, Interview with Partners, Managers, and Architects. Phone interviews and Webex Face time interviews. The team interviewing was thorough and professional and meticulous. Unfortunately the process was delayed due to COVID

Entretien
First stage two-on-one followed by a presentation to a partner and director. Both a very open and constructive conversation. Presentation was scenario-based with a good grilling afterwards. Every interviewer was encouraging though pressed on details.

Entretien
The recruiting process is painfully slow and keeps on dragging. Main reason being - as told by one of their directors - they are inexperienced with SAP consulting recruitment and are a bit lost with levels and remuneration etc. The talent recruiter is not bothered at all about candidate experience. Worst of all, I get a voicemail after 4 weeks after I emailed a few times asking for clarification of my candidature saying that “they aren’t moving ahead with me” and that too with no particular reason specified. After a follow up email asking for feedback, I am hit by silence all over again. No response, it has been more than a week now. I would not consider KPMGIreland as a prospective employer. They don’t get it that they are dealing with a Consultant with 25 years of expertise!
