cant remember but it was poor management from the start.
Went to my interview, and my interviewer was wearing casual sneaker and running clothes.
Went to a 1:1 interview and 2 hours got a phone call for an offer

Contacted by the HR and was asked some generic behavioural questions before getting booked in for the assessment centre. The AC consisted of a group activity, a short written component and an individual interview with a manager.

Entretien
Submitted online application through referral and got a phone call from HR to set up a phone screening interview in the next two weeks. The phone interview was fairly straight-forward. HR inquired situation problems as well as covering currently salary and reason for job change. A week or two after that, I received an email from HR to set up a time to meet with the future managers. This interview was much easier than the phone screening one. The managers just want to get a sense of your personality and work attitude.
