First step of the process involved an aptitude test based on moderate level questions on Quants, DI, Reasoning and Language skills. Then I had 3 rounds of interview at the Bangalore office and one Skype round with the director.
Completed three interview rounds: HR call, Round 1, and Round 2. Interviewers were friendly, focusing on guesstimates, PORTER/PESTEL analysis, current affairs, and questions primarily based on my academic projects overall.
Had three interview rounds. Interviewers were polite and professional. Questions included introduction, CV-based, analytical, current affairs, case study, guesstimates, and market entry. Overall, the interview was structured and not too difficult.
It was average, the questions were average, mostly focusing on the approach of the candidate
