First round was telephonic with Manager and then followed by a skype interview with a Sr Director. Worst part is the HR never shared the interview result. Selected or not its the responsibility of the HR to inform the candidate about the interview status. I have even sent a follow up note to HR but no response! Candidates are not beggars!!! Happy that I am not joining KPMG
