Online application submitted beginning of September.
Asked to complete tests early October.
No correspondence until early November saying I had met the criteria and should hear back soon.
Mid December invited to the next stage of online tests to complete within 3 days! I am away and have no capacity to complete these within the allowed timeframe.
Have elected to turn down any further contact with this awful recruitment process!
I’m sure a big four company had no shortage of eager applicants nor does the work reflect this recruitment, but this endless process has deterred me from ever looking at them again. The single worst process for timeliness, plus the feedback from the ‘Strengths Report’ is rubbish. Some of these game based tests really need to be sorted!!

Fairly straightforward online application process. Several online tests including numerical and verbal reasoning. Upon passing the online tests, was then invited to submit an audio recording with 3-4 questions to prepare for. 120 seconds for each question.

Question 1
Why KPMG, why service line, how would technology affect the sector?
