two round interview. one is about basic ideas and concepts of bond and its pricing, he will give you a case study and let you write down the pricing process of the bond. one is about behavior question, about going through your resume and like team work.
1st stage is a chat with the HR person about your background.
2nd stage is an inteview with the team - behavioural and technical type questions.
3rd stage is a chat with the partner - still be prepared for behavioural and technical type questions.

En la primera ronda realizamos una dinámica de grupo presencial, donde se debatía sobre diferentes temas variados.
Después se realizaron entrevistas individuales con dos mánagers del departamento. Nada técnico, eran entrevistas de fitting, básicamente.
