time you sought out a process improvement opportunity by yourself - what was the approach and key outcomes
it was easy but they negotiated salary and they were not ready to give the amount agreed before. that's why I did not accept the offer. otherwise mostly work ex was asked

I had 2 phone calls with a manager and a director then a video call with an MD and then a principle . all went very smooth and communications were excellent
