Interview lasted about 30 minutes in which I was asked questions about my previous work, what motivates me, how am I as an employee etc. At the end there was a case study, where I was presented a real life scenario where client had a legal issue. I was then asked to take the time to come up with a solution to client’s problem and present it to the interviewers.

Il colloquio consiste si articola in due o più (massimo 3) incontri in cui viene indagata l’esperienza pregressa e valutata sommariamente l’effettiva competenza nella materia richiesta. Superati i primi due colloqui, si svolgete l’ultimo con il soggetto con cui si lavorerà e viene presentato un caso pratico al fine di indagare l’effettiva attitudine all’attività da svolgere. Il processo di selezione si dipana in circa 2 mesi.
