I completed the technical interview and was informed via email that I had successfully advanced to the next phase, which involved a client interview. However, after that promising update, I received no further communication—no feedback, updates, or scheduling details—and was ultimately ghosted, leaving me uncertain about the status of my application
The first round interview at Dell Technologies was conducted via Zoom and lasted about 1 hour. The interviewer asked basic technical questions and a few code snippet–based questions to test fundamentals and logic. Overall, the interview was smooth and well-organized.
