The process took 1 year. I literally would hear from them every 3 months, a new recruiter would contact me to say they want to proceed to the next step and then silence again for another 3 months and another recruiter. I interviewed with 2 people and in the end, after another 3 months of silence, a new recruiter emails me to say they need to follow up on the status of my application. They didn't even know I had met twice with their hiring team and was sent additional forms to complete. In the end, they decided to not offer me the role.
