Entretien
The Deloitte interview process was structured and professional, consisting of multiple rounds. It began with a behavioral interview, where I was asked about my experiences, problem-solving skills, and teamwork. The next stage included a case study or technical questions relevant to the role. The interviewers were friendly and emphasized cultural fit and critical thinking. The overall experience was challenging but fair, with a strong focus on Deloitte’s core values and problem-solving abilities.

"Tell me about a time you faced a challenge in a team setting and how you handled it."
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
