I recently had the opportunity to interview for a position in strategy consulting at Deloitte, and the experience was both insightful and well-structured. The process was fair and objective, providing a transparent evaluation of candidates. A key part of the assessment was a group case, where collaboration and problem-solving skills were tested in a dynamic setting. It was an engaging challenge that allowed participants to showcase their strategic thinking and ability to work effectively within a team.
What stood out to me was the opportunity to meet some of the current team members in the department I was applying for. This added a personal touch to the process, offering a glimpse into the team culture and the kind of people I might work with in the future. The interview wasn’t just about evaluating us as candidates but also gave us the chance to learn more about Deloitte, its approach to strategy consulting, and what makes their team unique.

I was at the BCF, the whole interview was in Japanese. Very standard behavioral questions. Even though I was late for 5 minutes, the staff and the interviewer were still very kind and friendly.

Primo colloquio online con HR. Secondo e ultimo colloquio sempre online con senior manager. A metà colloquio è entrato anche un altro manager. Il colloquio é iniziato con la prentazione del manager: dai suoi percorsi formativi alle sue esperienze lavorative. Dopo una mia breve presentazione, abbiamo analizzato ogni singolo punto e parola del CV. Passati poi alla parte tecnica analizzando un caso.
