The recruitment process consisted of three stages. The first stage involved online tests: analytical reasoning, English proficiency, and reading comprehension. The second stage was an interview with a recruiter to discuss general experience and expectations. The final stage was an interview with the team manager, focused on experience related to the position I was applying for. The last interview lasted about one hour. Overall, I found the recruitment process to be clear and transparent. Communication was smooth and quick throughout.
