Entretien
I applied online but ended up getting an interview when I went to an event and mentioned my application to an HR. I recommend pushing to get the interview. The interview lasted a whole day from 9am to 6pm.
Part 1: 30 min accounting test, reading balance sheets and understanding what industry, performing accounting entries (Capex, DD&A, etc.)
Part 2: After the test, interview with a recruiter and a Manager. They asked for a few personal stories and the end of the interview was in English.
Part 3: Lunch with an auditor
Part 4: Computer based test, 2 hours. You are a consultant, you have a large amount of documents and you receive e-mails, you must push a recommendation and explain why.
Part 5: Interview with a Director/Partner. Behavioral, defend your recommendation in part 4.

La recruiter è stata gentile nel dirmi che potevamo darci del tu, mi ha trasmesso serietà e tranquillità ma in alcuni aspetti si respira aria di tossicità rispetto a orari e scadenze. Non so se accetterò e proseguire

Aptitude test followed by group dicussion followed by personal interview. Each round was an elimination round. As it was part of a college placement , it was a relatively easy interview process which focused on filtering out the candidates based on various tests

La mia esperienza è stata estremamente positiva, caratterizzata da una descrizione personale ben strutturata, un project work stimolante e un test d'inglese sfidante. Il team di recruiting ha dimostrato grande collaborazione e disponibilità, suddividendo i partecipanti in due gruppi per agevolare il lavoro. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la capacità di ascolto e il supporto fornito durante ogni fase del processo.
