Can you describe a project where you had to balance creativity with brand guidelines, and how you ensured the final design met both the client's expectations and the company's standards?
The interview process was easy to follow through, highly engaging, and also accommodative. I was delighted to hear the coordinator figuring out what position might fit better since I also addressed how focused I was on an opportunity that had lots of room for growth.
I got up to a third interview with the account manager/manager but could tell that they already had someone else in mind. However, I’m thankful for the opportunity and also had a great time connecting with the recruiter!

They give a large home assignment without any professional interview beforehand, without giving you contact details for questions, and then tell you you didn't understand the brief. It felt like I worked for free.
