3 step process meeting with the the direct manager then the partner to make the final decision. I was asked the same questions by both the manager and partner and ensured to answer similarly.

First I had a screening call. I was then set a task and had an hour interview. The interviewers were really fantastic at putting me at ease. All the questions related to the role and experience. The task showcased the skills needed for the role and was highly relevant. It was a very straight forward process and I really appreciated the human centric approach they adopted.
