1st Interview - Call from HR to screen my resume and candidacy. The discussion was about my career interests and drive, why I applied for the role, what my short and long term goals are, my strengths and weakness, and past experience with leadership and mentoring skills
2nd Interview - Case interview with the hiring manager to go over my technical, teamwork, behavioural, mentoring and people management skills, and also to test how my collective experiences from past jobs aligns with the fit and requirement for the role. Be ready to talk about the type of ideas you plan to bring on board.
3rd Interview - Panel/Case interview with 2 senior managers to discuss technical skill set, past accomplishments, problem solving abilities and determining a fit for the organization
4th Interview - Panel interview with 2 partners mostly on fit for the role and organization
Be sure you're good at what you do and have a lot to tell about your past and current accomplishments. The questions are quite tough and very practical; therefore your answers and attitude in the interviews will clearly demonstrate your subject matter capabilities and behavioural fit for the organization
Had multiple rounds, mostly behavioral. Initial screening by a sr Mgr followed by 2 rounds with other Sr managers and 1 final round with a Partner.Had a pleasant experience with all of them, did not encounter anything tricky. Case study was quite straightforward.
The interview process had multiple stages, including an interview using the HireVue video platform. Interviews included meeting with a recruiter, peers from the team I interviewed with, and leaders on that team. The interview process was very straightforward.
