Was contacted by phone screen with an indication of interest. After a few weeks I received an online skills test with an interview following test results. After initial interview there was a waiting period of almost a month were contact was finally made expressing a continued interest. Upon the subsequent interview I yet waited another four weeks getting confirmation of interviews to be scheduled. There was about a total of five 1:1 interviews over a five month period with one person each visit; not the most economical way of using someone's time. Office spaces were very small cubicles, almost like a professional sweat shop (though not with the sweat shop conditions of course). Even the offices were very small and cramped in size though the office did look professional. If interviewing with this company be ready to have the process take up to several months which was indicated clearly to me in interviews that it was the normal time frame to hire applicants.
