I went to the virtual business case day with Deloitte which aims to see how you work in a team. We had a presentation about Deloitte and then were split in groups of 5 to work on a business case.

They asked a very general case question which didn't aim to see your thinking but how you work in teams.

First and second stage was seamless. The last stage was very difficult in terms of group assessment and partner interview. I would recommend having more than surface level knowledge. Also, it was very useful to learn more about myself.

I applied for the job on the 25th February and finished the online test on the same day. but unfortunately, I failed in the online test. i need to work harder on online test and apply it next year
