Great experience! Everyone was pleasurable and very knowledgeable. Just had the interview, so still on standby and hoping to hear back soon. The process itself was really seamless and everyone was a pleasure to work with.
Simple but very effective. The best thing about the interview was how human it felt, it didn’t feel like they were trying to hit quotas but actually trying to get to know me.
First round is technical. Second is managerial with scenario-based questions on production issues, team handling, and decision making. Final round is HR, focusing on salary, culture fit, communication, and long-term career goals.
