It was one interview for around an hour. The interview was not technical but went over a lot more of what you would do in positions of leadership. It was one on one so no one else was there.

There is a series of online exams, first one is a cognitive test, second is a behavioral test, third is an MCQ and code test, then two or three interviews depending on the position and process.
Erstmal kennenlernen, cv durchgegangen dann paar technische Fragen über sql, aws Grundlagen und java polymorphismus, oop, python list vs tupel wurde gestellt, ab und zu auf englisch, am Ende einige HR fragen
