Interview process was very straightforward and including 1) Screening with a recruiter (basic questions), Phone Interview with Senior Manager in the practice I would be joining, and then an invite for an in-person interview which involved 3 different individuals. One focused on general behavioral questions, one on my past experience and one led a case.

Question 1
How have you managed resistance to change? Have you ever worked with/for a difficult leader and how did you handle it?
I initially had a telephone interview. This was followed by a 2nd stage interview with a Senior Manager from the team. The third stage interview was with a Director and Partner, after which I was offered the role.
The interview process consisted of three stages. First, I completed an online assessment provided by SHL, which mainly tested analytical and problem solving skills. After that, I had a video interview with competency and motivation based questions. The final stage was a manager interview, where they asked more in depth questions about my background, experiences, and fit for the role.
