Excellent process, very competitive with a lot of applicants but it's thorough and really finds the participants that will fit best with the role. The team are friendly and very informative.

What is an example of a time when you had to adjust a method of work ? how did you do this and what was the result ?
The process started with resume screening, and then a virtual interview with the hiring team where they asked me about my past internship works and some behavorial questions. The interview process completed within a day.

super friendly and more of a discussion. Ha d a presentation element which as also more of a discussion.
The interviwer was taking notes in a notebook however and so un sure how much of what I said they were able to note down which felt a bit unfair.
