First stage is simple online form. Second stage is an online test around 90 minutes. Third stage is job simulation involving a mix of maths/situational Q's and video Q's. Final stage is virtual assessment centre consisting of a 60 minute 1-1 interview, 30 minute case study and 30 minute group activity.

After online assessment, then it is online interview with record of yourself around 30 mins. It is all about the situation in real workplace. Problem-solving skills. More of what-if situations such as if the you detect an error just right before the deadline what you will solve it.
