First, you apply online. Second, is an online assessment. Third is an in person networking event where you meet who will be interviewing you and then finally an online interview with 2 managers for 40 minutes and a director for 20 minutes

It went pretty smoothly, nothing unexpected. They asked four questions: tell me about yourself, how did you learn a new technology, leadership example and motivation question. Took around 10 minutes to complete.
