I was interviewed by two much younger people who seemed quite junior. I’ve been working in the industry for a decade and was asked a super basic question which signalled they’ve learned design research in business school, but have not worked in the research industry. I didn’t feel my skills or approach would be appreciated here, and heard it was a proposal mill, so decided to go with another company. They also recognized we weren’t a good fit - at least they got that right :)

Applied online, got called for an interview in a couple of days - very swift process and HR team was super flexible with scheduling. Had two rounds of interviews with senior leadership - very positive and got personalised feedback following the rejection as well which was super helpful
