J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Deloitte (Parsippany, NJ) en janv. 2012
Entretien
The interviews themselves were brief and to the point: more conversational and really about who you are - i.e., do you present well to a client. Some depth of knowledge but not much. Phone screen was not difficult at all. While the interviews were painless and concise, the length of time it took from initial contact (they reached out to me - I did not contact them, initially) was extremely slow and laborious - several months. Having joined the firm, I have also experienced the same tediousness of the human resource department. It should be much more direct and to the point
Thorough with good communication throughout the process. I first had a phone call with an initial screener. Then the hiring director, VP and MD. A few rounds. very standard questions. Usual prep required.

Entretien
Clear interview process. Steps well explained. Candidate required to present a business case which felt a bit like providing free consulting. They were very good on p[roviding feedback ion interview performance and also getting back to candidate within the timescale they had promised

Question 1
Present a business case on how you would contribute and grow our practice in xxxx
Initial interview was with an internal recruiter. Discussed my expectations in terms of role and salary. Went through my experience. Unclear about next steps, especially timelines.
Did explain that there will be 3 more interviews.
