Interviewed by a director and a newly joined manager. Asked irrelevant behavioural questions and then offered a position lower than applied for. The interviewers were not clear of Deloittes HR policies. They need to check flexibility allowed by HR before contradicting.
Had multiple rounds, mostly behavioral. Initial screening by a sr Mgr followed by 2 rounds with other Sr managers and 1 final round with a Partner.Had a pleasant experience with all of them, did not encounter anything tricky. Case study was quite straightforward.
