The interview process was quite efficient. Interview with Senior Manager, Interview with Partner. Accounting test, English language test, all conducted on the same day at the Deloitte office, since I was already in town. Partner and manager interviews were not easy, but it came through that even if you do not have accounting or audit experience or educational background, you still have a chance if you can demonstrate your commitment and drive and interest in the job. You do however have to demonstrate some, at least, basic accounting skills.

El proceso consiste en cuatro fases (dinámica grupal, entrevista con recursos humanos, entrevista con manager, entrevista con socio). La más exigente es la tercera fase, donde te ponen un caso práctico. Las demás son para comprobar el fit cultural y ver tu perfil. El proceso duró unos 3 meses.
