The first interview was done via Skype. The interviewer first described the company, in what areas it worked, which services it provided, its internal structure, etc. He then asked me to do a brief introduction about myself. After that, he asked several questions, about soft skills, technical skills, availability to go abroad, salary perspective, etc. I was then contacted for a second interview, in person. This interview was mostly a formality, where a formal job offer was proposed.
