They wanted to conduct an on the phone proficiency test based on SQL where they asked scenario based questions to judge how well you can think on your feet and your overall knowledge of SQL. Once you pass that they then give you two online tests to do: Verbal and Numerical reasoning tests. if you pass this then you are invited to an interview where they ask you further questions about yourself and your resume, and basically get to have a bit of a conversation. They may or may not ask you more things to test your proficiency.
