Volunteers were not clear of there was any other positions for which interview was being conducted . They only knew java or dot net.. They didn't knew production support dot net or java. Even though they had called for production support java and dot net there was not clear procedure to mention abt those and the volunteers only entered java and dot net . After waiting for 5 long hrs I finally was called for the interview and the interviewer says they were only briefed about development. And not production support . I was taken surprise but for the name sake they took interview . Horrible experience and HR had no clue.i had 2 offers in hand
