First round was Hirevue where you record video answers and submit. Got a response after four days for video Interview with two team members, Manager and Team lead. The manager said they would get back to me in three days but the whole team is AWOL. I called and sent email like every week but no response. they never got back to me. If I am not selected, the least they could do is give a feedback or proper response so that I could move on. When I was in the middle of attending these interviews, I got a call from different team of Deloitte, and they wanted to conduct an interview for a different position. But they had a policy that I cannot be interviewed for two different positions at the same time, so they wanted to do it only If I am not successful in the first position. But I never got a response from the first team and after a while I contacted the second team who is also AWOL. I was left to wait and still no response despite many calls and emails. I HOPE YOU GUYS GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND RESPOND TO APPLICANTS AND NOT LEAVE THEM HANGING. THE LEAST YOU COULD DO IS GIVE A RESPONSE AT THE END OF THE INTERVIEW. SERIOUSLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND APPLYING AND WASTING VALUABLE TIME DURING JOB SEARCH.

1st round was in person interview. I have few technical question and 2 coding question. They are me to write pseudocode. 2nd round was with senior manager. It was a walk through of my resume
