It was completely behavioral. No competency questions whatsoever. Got asked about why I picked Deloitte Digital (service line), why London, What makes me a good fit... Chatted about my academic background. Quite informal at times. Interview was with a partner - she was supre nice.

Entretien
The first interview was very nice, during the second one, the manager was very arrogant. Rather seeing the interview as an interrogation rather than a mutual process. No proper time for my questions was designated during either of the interviews - again shows they are only interested in what they want to know but don't allow you to ask any questions back. The final straw was receiving a call from them on a Sunday at 8 pm.

Parner interview is more focused on thought and plan of an individual rather than skill. For instance, we did not really talk about my skill, but we talked about why I am interested and How my past experience could demonstate my passion

Ik kreeg binnen 5 werkdagen een bericht van de recruiter dat ik op gesprek mocht komen. Ik kon kiezen of ik dit digitaal op op het hoofdkantoor in Amsterdam mocht doen.
