Entretien
first there is an online test, similar to all major firms. Then there is a first round interview with a "manager" level employee at the firm. The first interview has a very formal structure with an activity to perform. The manager is looking for your competencies here in this interview. The final interview is with the partner, and is basically a presentation that you need to prepare in advance on a topic given to you (you will have time to prepare this). if you get to the partner interview stage, unless you screw it up, you are almost hired (80%+ chance)
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
