Two rounds both on campus. First round half behavioral and half case study. Second round longer case study. Very very interesting process - cases were nothing like cases in guides like "Case In Point", or BCG study guides. No clear answer that you had to arrive at; more so looking at your thought process. You still need a methodology but its not as strict as you might think. EVERYTHING ON YOUR RESUME IS FAIR GAME - KNOW IT INSIDE AND OUT. This is the most important aspect of the process.
