I made the assessment (IQ and EQ tests) and got an interview after. In the end, I got rejected after the first interview due to lack of preparation. The application process consists of 3 interviews after successfully completing the assessment tests. First interview was with the recruiter and a consultant, and consisted of general questions and a mini business case in the end. I did not go further than this interview, but the second interview would have been a 2-hour business case and the third interview, with a partner. The interviewers were friendly and they offered a lot of feedback on my interview performance after rejection. Good experience overall.
